Alternatively, you could go back to the firmware setup, where you will find Manjaro somewhere lower in the Boot list, and move it to the top if you want to boot it by default or let openSUSE come up, and create a new Grub configuration file with grub2-mkconfig, which will then include Manjaro in the list it offers on boot. The obvious one is to press F12 on boot, and select Manjaro from the boot list. On reboot it brought up openSUSE again, so there are a couple of options here.
